"A few years ago I had the opportunity to visit a small
seaside resort village on the island of Corfu, Greece. While
lunching at a café, I was personally greeted by the
owner, welcoming me to his 'home.' From the peaceful décor
to the amazing aromas awakening my palate, I felt welcomed,
relaxed, and above all else, right at home.
Looking back, it was probably right there on the coast
of the Mediterranean Sea that the idea for my bistro, Soul
2
Soul, was born. The vision: a unique restaurant concept
reminiscent of Sundays at Mamma's house, when the whole
family gathered
together to share a meal - and more importantly, a piece
of themselves. Southern hospitality is all about a feeling
of belonging, like your back home and comfortable.
There
are only two things I have ever wanted to do - bring
people together and serve them foods I grew up on. Now
I can. Welcome home!"

Jeffrey Campbell received
culinary training at the Cooking and Hospitality
Institute of Chicago, under Chef Germain
Peladeau then operated Diaspora Catering in the Chicago
area for 10 years. After relocating to Las Vegas,
he held positions
at Fog City Dinner and Romano's Macaroni Grill before
opening his own bistro. Now his dream will be realized
at Soul 2
Soul.
